the simple pleasure of craft

There are many reasons that keep people in the same job for years and years. Maybe you want your career to go somewhere and sticking it out for the long run is the way to get noticed. Or maybe you don't really like the job at all and are simply in it for the money. But I reckon the biggest reason people stay in a job is when they really like the craft, the process, the how-to behind their day to day working life.
